Musk denies $800 billion SpaceX valuation reports

Elon Musk pushed back on Saturday against media claims that SpaceX is seeking new funding at a valuation of $800 billion, stating that the reports are incorrect.

In a post on X, Musk clarified that the company isn’t pursuing a fresh fundraising round: “SpaceX has been cash flow positive for many years and does periodic stock buybacks twice a year to provide liquidity for employees and investors.”
