Crude oil price today: WTI extends gains at European open

West Texas Intermediate (WTI) crude is trading higher on Friday, advancing to $60.79 per barrel in early European hours from Thursday’s close of $60.50.

Brent crude is also firmer, climbing to $64.55 from the prior session’s $64.23, as the broader energy market tracks modest bullish momentum.
